Baboomin builds a carefully controlled distribution network. We work with a small number of carefully selected dealer partners who understand boutique instruments, professional players, and long-term brand value.

In this first step, we ask you to share your company information, store profile, website, current brands, local customer base, service capability, and interest in Baboomin products. This helps us understand whether your store is a good fit for Baboomin and whether Baboomin is the right brand for your market.

The application stage is not an automatic approval. It is the beginning of a mutual review process built around trust, communication, and long-term cooperation.

After receiving your application, we carefully review your store positioning, customer base, service ability, and market potential.

Baboomin works best with boutique bass shops, high-end instrument dealers, and stores that can provide serious players with professional guidance, local experience, and first-line support. We are not looking for short-term discount channels or uncontrolled resellers.

During this review stage, we may discuss your showroom experience, current brands, setup or repair capability, preferred Baboomin models, and expectations for future cooperation.

Baboomin focuses on direct dealer relationships without national distributors, general agents, automatic territorial exclusivity, open credit terms, or uncontrolled sub-distribution. Our goal is to build a small, strong dealer network based on product quality, pricing integrity, and long-term brand trust.

Approved partners begin with a controlled trial cooperation stage before becoming official Baboomin Authorized Dealers.

This stage allows both Baboomin and the dealer to evaluate real-world product fit, local player response, communication quality, payment process, product presentation, and after-sales support ability.

Trial cooperation does not automatically mean official Authorized Dealer status. Instead, it gives both sides a practical way to test the partnership before making it public or long-term.

During this stage, Baboomin expects the dealer to present the instruments professionally, maintain public price integrity, provide basic local setup support, and share honest feedback from players and customers.

A successful trial stage helps build the foundation for a stronger and more stable dealer relationship.

Every Baboomin dealer instrument is inspected and documented before shipment.

Each instrument may include a per-unit QC package with serial number, model specifications, final photos, setup data, electronics testing, pickup and switch function check, visual inspection notes, packing photos, and shipment documentation.

This process is designed to create transparency between Baboomin, the dealer, and the final player. It also helps dealers receive each instrument with clear records of its condition, setup, and specifications before international shipment.

Baboomin arranges standard international shipping for dealer orders. Standard international shipping is included unless otherwise stated in writing.

Import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and destination-country charges remain the dealer’s responsibility unless a DDP quotation is specifically approved in writing by Baboomin.

After a successful trial cooperation stage, qualified partners may become Baboomin Authorized Dealers.

Authorized Dealers may be listed on Baboomin’s official dealer page and may use approved Baboomin dealer assets, including product photos, logos, brand materials, spec sheets, review content, and selected marketing support.

As an Authorized Dealer, your store can place regular dealer orders, represent Baboomin locally, provide first-line customer support, and help players experience Baboomin instruments in person.

Authorized Dealer status is based on cooperation quality, product presentation, service ability, pricing discipline, and long-term market contribution.

Long-term partners with strong annual performance, professional customer support, and consistent brand presentation may be considered for Preferred Dealer status.

For dealer-submitted Custom Shop orders, Baboomin does not require the dealer to disclose end-customer information. The dealer will be treated as the customer of record for the order, and Baboomin will build according to the final written specification confirmed by the dealer.

The dealer is responsible for end-customer communication, specification consultation, pricing communication, payment collection, local delivery, and first-line after-sales support.

Baboomin is responsible for buildability review, written quotation, production slot approval, factory production, final QC documentation, and second-line technical or warranty support for confirmed manufacturing defects.

Custom Shop availability depends on production capacity, material availability, buildability, and current backlog. Custom Shop dealer terms are quoted separately and are not part of the standard production model dealer structure.
