1. Website Use and Orders
By accessing or using Baboomin.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
When you place an order through Baboomin.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product under the terms shown at checkout and on the relevant product page.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that the order has been accepted, processed, or shipped.
Baboomin reserves the right to review, accept, refuse, cancel, or request additional information for any order before shipment.
2. Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted only after Baboomin confirms the order, verifies payment where required, and begins preparing the product for shipment or production.
For Custom Shop, surface customization, made-to-order, or special configuration orders, Baboomin may require additional confirmation of specifications, payment schedule, production details, or shipping arrangements before the order is considered fully accepted.
3. Product Availability
Product availability shown on Baboomin.com may change without notice.
Because some Baboomin instruments may be produced in small batches, limited runs, or custom configurations, availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed by Baboomin.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Baboomin may contact the customer to offer an alternative product, revised timeline, store credit, cancellation, or refund.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on Baboomin.com unless otherwise stated.
Baboomin reserves the right to change product prices, shipping arrangements, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time before an order is accepted.
Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed, unless the customer requests changes to the order, shipping destination, configuration, tax status, or other order details.
5. Pricing Errors and Website Errors
Although we try to keep all information accurate, Baboomin.com may occasionally contain errors, including but not limited to:

Payment must be successfully completed before shipment. For Custom Shop, made-to-order, surface customization, or deposit-based orders, production or shipment may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment depending on the product-specific terms.
Baboomin is not responsible for delays caused by failed payments, payment review, payment processor issues, bank review, fraud checks, currency conversion, or chargeback disputes.
7. Fraud Prevention and Order Review
To protect both customers and Baboomin, we may review orders for fraud risk, payment risk, address issues, unusually large purchases, unusual shipping requests, or other irregular activity.
Baboomin may request additional information before processing an order, including but not limited to confirmation of billing details, shipping address, phone number, email address, or identity-related information where reasonably required.
Baboomin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, high-risk, incomplete, or inconsistent with our policies.
8. Product Information
Baboomin makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, videos, weights, colors, finishes, electronics, hardware, and configuration options.
However, product information may vary slightly due to production updates, natural material variation, screen display differences, lighting, photography, handmade finishing, supplier changes, or small-batch production differences.
Natural wood grain, veneer figure, color tone, finish texture, weight, matte/gloss level, and handmade visual details may vary from photos, renderings, prototypes, or previous instruments.
Such natural or handmade variation is not considered a defect by itself.
9. Product Changes and Improvements
Baboomin may make minor product updates, production improvements, specification adjustments, or supplier-related changes where needed.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the final product consistent with the product page and confirmed order details.
If a change is significant and affects the core order, Baboomin will contact the customer where practical before proceeding.
10. Custom Shop and Surface Customization Orders
Custom Shop, made-to-order, special configuration, and Air Series surface customization orders may be subject to additional terms under the Baboomin Custom Shop Policy.
Air Series instruments with custom colors, custom finish textures, matte/gloss/satin finish options, or other customer-selected surface customization are considered customized products.
Customized products are generally not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or refunds once production or the custom finish process has started, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or Baboomin is unable to fulfill the order.
11. Shipping, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Shipping, delivery, duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance, import fees, remote area surcharges, and delivery-related issues are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Free shipping or duties-and-taxes-included service may be available for many major markets, but final availability may vary depending on delivery country, city, postal code, address remoteness, customs rules, and logistics conditions.
If additional shipping fees or import-related arrangements are required, Baboomin may contact the customer before shipment.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, restocking fees, refund amounts, and refund timing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Standard in-stock basses purchased through Baboomin.com may be eligible for return within the stated return window, subject to approval, condition inspection, customer-paid return shipping, and applicable fees.
Custom Shop, made-to-order, surface customization, special configuration, final-sale, or non-Baboomin.com orders may follow different terms.
13. Warranty
Eligible instruments purchased directly through Baboomin.com are covered by Baboomin’s Limited Warranty Policy.
The limited warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, setup changes, climate-related adjustment, misuse, unauthorized modification, third-party repair, natural material variation, or other exclusions stated in the Limited Warranty Policy.
Products not purchased directly through Baboomin.com are not covered by Baboomin’s official limited warranty policy. Customers should contact the original purchase channel for after-sales and warranty support.
14. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Offers
Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, bundle offers, free gifts, early-bird offers, or special benefits are only valid under the conditions stated at the time of the offer.
Unless clearly stated by Baboomin:

Baboomin is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipping, customs issues, storage fees, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable customer information.

Baboomin may contact the customer by email, phone, message, or other contact method provided during checkout for matters related to order confirmation, payment, production, shipping, customs, delivery, returns, warranty, or after-sales service.
Customers are responsible for checking and responding to important order-related communication in a timely manner.
Delays caused by late customer responses, incomplete information, unpaid balance, or unresolved confirmation requests may affect production, shipment, delivery, or service processing.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer has an issue with an order, the customer should contact Baboomin first so we can review and resolve the case.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may delay the resolution process.
Baboomin reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, communication records, product evidence, and policy references to payment providers, banks, or card issuers in response to disputes or chargebacks.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baboomin is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost income, lost performance opportunities, recording costs, touring costs, rental costs, business interruption, or other related losses.
Baboomin’s responsibility for any order is limited to the remedies described in the applicable policy, such as repair, replacement parts, approved service support, exchange, refund, or other reasonable solution determined by Baboomin.

The version that applies to an order is generally the version available on Baboomin.com at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by Baboomin.
