4 Steps to Your Custom Baboomin
Step 1 — Design Your Bass
Start by sharing your vision — the tone, look, feel, or the artists and sounds you love — at customshop@baboomin.com
. You can complete our Custom Quote Sheet or email us directly with your ideas.
Our luthiers will review every detail with you, confirm what’s feasible, and recommend woods, finishes, and electronics tailored to your style.
Step 2 — Confirm Specs & Place Deposit
Once we agree on the final configuration and price, we’ll send you a complete spec sheet and invoice.
To reserve your build slot, place the US$1,800 build deposit using the “Add to Cart” button above (fully credited toward your final total). Your bass then officially enters the build queue. No hidden fees — just clear communication from start to finish.
Step 3 — Follow the Build Process
Over the next six months, your bass takes shape in our workshop — from raw wood selection to painting, assembly, and final setup. When your build starts, we’ll share progress with photos and short videos so you can see your instrument come to life. Each one is hand-built, measured, and refined until it plays exactly as it should.
Step 4 — Final Payment & Free Worldwide Shipping
When your bass passes final QC, we’ll send you detailed completion photos for approval.
After you pay the remaining balance, we ship your instrument worldwide for free, carefully packed for international transit. For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding Seel’s “Worry-Free Protection” at checkout.
Every Baboomin Custom Shop bass is delivered ready to play — tuned, polished, and waiting for your hands.
